At least 116 Palestinians were killed and 100 injured in Israeli airstrikes on Saturday, including 36 who lost their lives while waiting for food at the heavily targeted GHF distribution point in Rafah. Israeli ground forces also continued to shell shelters, demolish infrastructure, and destroy buildings throughout Gaza.

The Gaza media office reported that at least 71 children have died from severe malnutrition over the past few months, as the humanitarian crisis deepens under Israel’s sustained siege. The UN’s food aid agency warned that one in three Palestinians has gone without food for several days, pushing thousands to the edge of catastrophic hunger.

877 Palestinians have been killed while seeking food near GHF distribution sites, with more than 5,666 injured. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the largest Muslim civil rights group in the US, condemned what it called the global acceptance of daily Israeli massacres on Saturday.
