The second hearing will be held today in the first-ever lawsuit launched against an Israeli settler in a Palestinian court. The first hearing was held on December 8th. 2020.  The plaintiff is a Palestinian man who built a home in a village near Nablus that is under Palestinian administrative control, but Israeli military control, in area B. The site of his home is between two illegal settlement outposts and he says it was multiple times demolished by settlers. He is requesting compensation for the destruction of his house and has become the first Palestinian to launch a lawsuit
against settlers in a PA court.
