The search for bodies and missing relatives is continuing in Goma after at least 46 people were killed during a military crackdown on protesters on Wednesday.
Some say the death toll could be as high as 70-80 as many people are still unaccounted for.
The military is still holding most of the bodies of those killed.
A presidential delegation is heading to Goma Sunday or Monday and includes the Defence Minister, Interior Minister, and Human Rights Minister.
The visit will try and calm the angry population and determine the circumstances of the killings.
