OCHA said today, October 15th, that thousands of tons of humanitarian aid and other supplies have entered Gaza in the past three days, including cooking gas, which it says entered on Sunday for the first time in over seven months.
In the UK, business and civil society leaders and diplomats are gathered to discuss Gaza’s reconstruction. More than 70 billion dollars are needed to rebuild the strip after Israel’s destructive war.
According to Reuters, Spanish unions called a general strike in solidarity with Gaza. The strike, organised by several pro-Palestinian trade unions and associations, will include demonstrations, 24-hour strikes, and partial stoppages; it is worth noting that this strike was called by the main Spanish trade unions.
