Thousands of cars have been reported missing or stolen in Sudan since the start of the conflict last year.

Most are SUVs owned by civilians, and the cars were once their main source of income as car lift operators.

Search pages on social media have been launched in hopes finding the missing cars…but most of those found are either completely destroyed by the fighting or turned into combat vehicles by the RSF.
