Afghans have become the second-largest refugee group in the world with many searching for safety, work, and a better life.

Despite last year’s peace agreement between the U.S. and the Taliban and the ongoing peace talks in Doha between the Afghan government and the Taliban, violence has reached unprecedented levels across the country with dozens of people killed every day.

A new Afghan exodus seems to be underway and the hope that the war will end soon could already be shattered for many.
