Gaza’s Grim Reality

Shortages of food and medical supplies now affecting around 2.3 million people/Al Jazeera
Israel’s ground offensive in Gaza is expected to persist, as the military maintains its strategic pressure. On Sunday, thousands of Palestinians in southern Gaza were once again ordered to evacuate, following Israel’s latest forced relocation directives. Meanwhile, the weeks-long siege continues to tighten, with critical shortages of food and medical supplies now affecting around 2.3 million people. As the humanitarian crisis deepens, access to drinking water has become increasingly scarce, with only a small fraction of the population able to secure any, after Israel’s decision to cut power to a key desalination plant. The humanitarian situation in Gaza grows more dire with each passing day, and the path to relief remains uncertain.
