Israel has ordered thousands more Rafah residents to evacuate the city as it steps up attacks in Gaza. On Friday, Israeli forces dropped leaflets over the southeastern part of Rafah district, ordering people to leave.

On Saturday a further evacuation order was issued.

The conflict and a lack of fuel supplies has also left many hospitals in the area close to collapse. On Sunday Al Shifa hospital has received a consignment of 8,000L of fuel which will last it 2 more days.
