A Palestinian journalist who started painting when she was put under house arrest for ten months is showcasing her art at an exhibition in Ramallah.

Lama Ghosheh was given a 3-year suspended jail term for allegedly praising terror activities on social media.

The 31-year-old mother of two spent a few months in jail before she was moved to house arrest and banned from using social media.

She’s about to stand trial again where she faces more jail time.
