A coalition of families and friends of those who have died in the custody of police and prison officers as well as those who are killed in secure immigration units and psychiatric hospitals hold an annual rally in central London.

Last month 24-year-old Chris Kaba was shot by an armed police officer through the windscreen of his car.

Kaba was taken to hospital but died later that night.

An inquest into his death started earlier this month.
