French President Emmanuel Macron is currently visiting Egypt’s North Sinai city of Arish, alongside Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. During his visit, Macron is touring Gaza aid warehouses and Arish hospital, where wounded Palestinians from Gaza are receiving treatment.

For over a month, Israel has halted the passage of food and other aid from Egypt into Gaza.

Macron is also set to meet with humanitarian and security workers to reiterate his ongoing efforts advocating for a ceasefire in the region.
