Over 900 protestors have been arrested over the last 12 days with demonstrations and encampments on a number of public and private universities and colleges.

They were calling for their schools to divest from companies linked to Israel and for an end to the war on Gaza.

Many are trying to prepare for graduations, which begin in early May.

And many administrations are calling for protests to be cleared in preparation for those ceremonies.

Several encampments have been broken up by police, some violently.
