The UN’s High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, is due to present to the OHCHR an updated report on the extent of human rights violations in Sri Lanka.

A preliminary report released in January https://www.google.com/search?q=ohchr+sri+lanka+report&rlz=1C1GCEU_enQA829QA829&oq=OHCHR+sri+lanka&aqs=chrome.2.0i512l2j0i22i30l2j69i60.11511j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 said the Sri Lankan government had demonstrated an inability and unwillingness to bring accountability and claimed that international action would ensure justice for international crimes.

Sri Lanka Accountability Project was set up in Geneva to monitor such violations committed exclusively in Sri Lanka.
