As Israel intensifies its military campaign in Gaza, the West Bank has seen a surge in violence, with Palestinians increasingly bearing the brunt of the crackdown.

On Wednesday, Israeli forces conducted a raid in Nablus, injuring at least 80 people and arresting a man, while forcibly ordering Palestinian families in the old city to vacate their homes.

The UN Human Rights Office reports a grim toll: since October 2023, 982 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank, victims of both occupation forces and settler violence, highlighting the widening scope of the conflict beyond Gaza’s borders.
