UN human rights investigators issue their findings on the case of opposition politician Andrei Navalny who was arrested in Moscow in January upon returning from Germany following treatment for poisoning which he blames on the Kremlin. He is now serving a two and a half year prison sentence.  Reports on Sunday said that he arrived in a penal colony about 100km east of Moscow.
