Medical professionals and supporters from across the United Kingdom gather in Parliament Square, Westminster, to protest the ongoing destruction of Gaza’s healthcare system.

Dressed in red scrubs to symbolise the bloodshed and collapse of medical infrastructure in the Strip, healthcare workers link arms to form a human chain around the square. The action represents solidarity with their counterparts in Gaza and draws attention to what organisers call the “wholesale dismantling” of the territory’s health services under continued Israeli bombardment.

Protesters call on the UK government to take stronger action to protect medical facilities and ensure unhindered humanitarian access to Gaza. The demonstration comes as hospitals in Gaza face severe shortages of supplies, staff, and fuel, with many no longer functioning or destroyed.
