Donald Trump voiced sharp criticism on Tuesday following apparent violations of the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Iran, using the F-word in a public statement to express his frustration. “I’m not happy,” the former U.S. president said, accusing both sides of undermining efforts to stabilize the region in the critical hours after the truce took effect.

Trump’s ire was directed particularly at Israel, which had announced a wave of new strikes on Tehran. His remarks came after Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz revealed that he had authorized fresh military operations targeting sites in the Iranian capital. Katz defended the strikes as a necessary response to what he described as a “blatant violation” of the ceasefire by Iran, referencing renewed missile fire.

Trump’s unusually strong language underscores the fragility of the current truce and the limits of U.S. influence over its traditional allies and adversaries alike.
