More than 25,000 people have arrived in North Darfur’s Tawila between April 12 and 15, according to MSF, after paramilitary Rapid Support Forces have violently taken over Zamzam refugee camp.

Attacks by RSF forces continue in El Fasher, as seen in Sanad-satellite pictures on Wednesday.

The Sudanese Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry estimated the agricultural sector’s losses during the two years of war that erupted in mid-April 2023 at more than US$ 10 billion.
