Indonesian rescuers continue to search for 35 people still missing after a landslide at an illegal gold mine on Sulawesi Island that killed at least 23 people. So far 52 people had been found alive although rescue efforts were – The landslide was triggered SUN morning by torrential rain.

Deforestation and un-regulated mining operations in remote districts have added to landslide risks in the country.
