Sudan’s capital is dysfunctional

Fifteen months of fighting between Sudan’s army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces has left the country’s capital in a near-dysfunctional state.
Basic services have been affected, vital infrastructures destroyed by air strikes and artillery shelling, leading to suffering of those still in Khartoum.
