Shireen Abu Akleh’s case and the ICC

Al Jazeera Media Network’s legal team refers the case of the assassination of Shireen Abu Aqleh to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
AJMN said that its legal team would be supported by international legal experts.
Abu Akleh was shot in the head by Israeli forces while she was on an assignment in Jenin in the west bank.
AJMN is also pursuing the case of bombing its bureau in Gaza in May 2021.
