India’s Supreme Court is scheduled to hear a petition on the detention of hundreds of Rohingya refugees in Jammu in Indian Admin Kashmir. Human rights lawyers have filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the detention.

Indian authorities have reportedly detained at least 300 Rohingya refugees found living in Indian Administered Kashmir and a process has begun to deport them back to Myanmar.
