The Foreign Ministers of eight the Arctic States and representatives from six Arctic Indigenous groups will gather in Reykjavik on Wednesday ahead of a meeting Thursday. Apart from a working dinner, the main day of meetings will be held on Thursday.

US Secretary of State Blinken and Russia’s Foreign Minister Lavrov will both attend the talks and are expected to meet on the sidelines. This will be the highest level US-Russia meeting since the Biden administration took office.
