Israel on Monday ordered people in Southeastern Rafah to evacuate towards Al-Mawasi and Khan Younis southwest Gaza.

However, the previous evacuation zones designated by the army have not been safe for the displaced people given previous examples of attacks and killings by the Israeli forces in the past.

This comes as the Israeli military said it would go ahead with operation against Palestinian resistance in the city.

According to WHO more than 1.2M people are sheltering in Rafah located at the southernmost tip of Gaza, on the border with Egypt.
