Settler Attacks and Israeli Raids Intensify

Confrontations flared across the occupied West Bank on Monday as the Israeli army intensified military operations following a deadly attack in Jerusalem. In a series of overnight break-ins, soldiers arrested the father and uncle of one of the assumed attackers, part of a broadening clampdown that has swept through Palestinian communities.
In Jenin refugee camp, two Palestinian boys were killed, and several others were injured as Israeli forces took the area, making multiple arrests. The camp has long been a flashpoint in the Israeli army’s unending operations across the West Bank.
Additionally, in an alarming act of settler violence, an agricultural nursery near Deir Sharaf, west of Nablus, was set ablaze late Monday.
This escalation comes amid worries that the war in Gaza may further spill over into the West Bank, where daily raids, arrests, and settler attacks are fueling anger and instability.
