The Sweden-based think-tank SIPRI publishes data on arms transfers worldwide, including updates to its data on all major arms transfers from 1950-to 2021.

The released data has been described as an incomparable resource for researchers, policy-makers and analysts, the media and civil society interested in monitoring and measuring the international flow of major conventional arms.

A recent report said that the database was updated on 14th  March 2022 revealing the providers and beneficiaries of firearms. https://www.sipri.org/databases/armstransfers
