Germany Expresses Concerns Over Gaza and Occupied West Bank

Germany voiced grave concern on Monday over the rising civilian deaths in Gaza, calling the situation “extremely worrying” as Israel’s assault on the Palestinian territory continues. The ongoing siege, which has lasted for weeks, has left over 2 million people in Gaza without access to essential resources, including food, medical supplies, and water. The humanitarian crisis continues to escalate as these critical shortages persist.
In addition, Germany condemned the Israeli security cabinet’s decision to recognize 13 Jewish settlements in the Occupied West Bank, calling it a significant move with serious implications. A spokesperson for the German foreign office expressed strong disapproval of this decision, which further intensifies tensions in the region.
