On Wednesday, at least 100 people were killed across the Gaza Strip, including 45 in Gaza City and 26 aid recipients. The violence shows no sign of abating.

Earlier, an Israeli strike targeted a journalists’ tent outside Al Shifa hospital’s main gate in Gaza City, killing four Al Jazeera reporters—Anas Al-Sharif, Mohammed Qirqea, Ibrahim Al Thaher and Mohammed Nofal—along with three others.

The United Nations’ spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric reported that since the Israeli assault began on October 7th, 2023, the number of Palestinian journalists killed has climbed to 242, with many more injured.
