At least 25,700 Palestinians have been killed and 63,740 injured in Israeli strikes on Gaza since Oct. 7, the Gaza health ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
Some 210 were killed and 386 were injured in the past 24 hours, the ministry added.
British Foreign Secretary David Cameron is due to arrive in Qatar.
He is expected to hold talks with Qatari officials.
The talks are expected to focus on getting more humanitarian aid into Gaza and ways to reach a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.
Later Cameron is due to go to Turkiye to hold talks with his Turkish counterpart.
