A forced evacuation has been underway as millions of Palestinians in Gaza are told by the Israeli military to flee to the south of the territory, and regular bombing continues.

Fuel and water have run out, and an aid convoy was stalled on Sunday in Egypt, on the other side of the Rafah crossing.

With regard to Haifa, Americans and immediate relatives can be evacuated by sea to Cyprus, via the US state department.
