Israeli drone strikes late Monday into Tuesday killed three and injured several in the Mawasi area of Khan Yunis, targeting tents sheltering displaced families. Intense artillery and tank fire continued around Khan Yunis’s Al-Amal neighbourhood, while shelling trapped injured civilians in southern Gaza City’s Sabra district.

Since dawn Monday, over 20 Palestinians, including eight aid seekers, have been killed. Al-Awda Hospital reported 22 aid workers wounded near Netzarim in central Gaza. According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, 60 people died between Sunday and Monday morning, bringing the total death toll since October 7, 2023, to 62,004, with 156,230 injured.

Gaza City faces heavy bombardment, including strikes on a school sheltering displaced civilians and neighbourhoods such as Zeitoun, Sabra, Al Tuffah, and Rimal. In southern Gaza, Khan Yunis residential areas, including tented camps in Al Mawasi, were also targeted.
