On Sunday, a delegation of 24 diplomats, ambassadors, and representatives of international organizations undertook a field visit to assess conditions in Hebron Governorate’s Old City amidst ongoing challenges related to restrictions and violations.

Settler violence against Palestinians continues unabated across West Bank communities. Local sources reported several assaults on Palestinians in areas such as the Jordan Valley, Beit Imrin north of Nablus, and between Rammun and Deir Dibwan northeast of Ramallah.

On Sunday morning, settlers invaded the Shakkara community east of Duma near Nablus, conducting allegedly provocative tours within Palestinian residences, as noted by the Al-Bader human rights organization.

A water-related attack occurred targeting the Ain Samia pumping station northeast of Ramallah. Settlers vandalized equipment and assaulted Jerusalem Water Authority staff during their work at this vital facility. These repeated incidents have disrupted water flow from wells, depriving over 100,000 residents of essential services.

The Jerusalem Water Authority highlighted that Ein Samia is not only a crucial water supplier for cities like Ramallah and surrounding areas but also a historic site rich in archaeological significance and natural resources.

In another incident reported earlier Sunday near the Qalandiya military checkpoint north of Jerusalem, Israeli forces wounded two young men, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.
