Court case against Dutch State
Aid organisations file court case against Dutch State for supporting Israel.
Oxfam Novib, PAX, the Rights Forum and Amnesty International have filed a court case against the Dutch State for its support of Israel.
Especially the continuation of weapon exports (parts of F35’s) to Israel make the Netherlands responsible for violations of the laws of war and are supporting collective punishment for civilians in Gaza.
The organisations say they have asked the government numerous times to help stop the violence.
