Since dawn on Wednesday, the Gaza Strip has witnessed a devastating escalation, with 51 people killed—including 14 aid seekers—amid an intensified Israeli military offensive.

Forces have pushed deeper into Gaza City, razing entire neighbourhoods in their wake. Beyond the immediate carnage, the humanitarian crisis deepens: Gaza’s Health Ministry reports 10 deaths on Wednesday alone due to famine and malnutrition, including two children.

Since October 2023, at least 313 Palestinians, among them 119 children, have succumbed to starvation and deprivation, underscoring the lethal consequences of a protracted siege compounded by relentless conflict.
