A National Vaccination Campaign against polio, measles, and rubella is being launched.

This campaign is organized by the National Center for Disease Control and aims to vaccinate children from one day old to six years old to
enhance their immunity against these diseases.

The WHO has warned that there is an increased risk of imported polio viruses and the circulation of vaccine derived poliovirus type 2 due to the influx of migrants, internally displaced and refugees to the country.
