The UN is struggling to deliver aid to more than 418,000 refugees who’ve crossed from Darfur into Chad since the war in Sudan began on APR 15, fleeing ethnic cleansing by ethnic armed groups and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

Currently, the United Nations say they are only able to provide one meal a day for the Sudanese refugees in eastern Chad.

Even at that, they don’t have enough to last beyond October 31 – unless more help arrives.

Sudanese refugees in South Sudan are also going hungry, as refugees are reporting that they have not eaten for days and 2 in 5 children are malnourished.
