Protests have been threatened in Goma, north-eastern DR Congo over the killing of at least 46 people by the military.
They were shot August 30 as the army tried to prevent a demonstration against United Nations peacekeepers headquartered in the city.
Civil society groups say at least 32 other people are missing.
They are threatening to protest unless those responsible are arrested, and bodies of the dead released.
A convoy carrying a visiting government delegation was stoned Sunday, and several people arrested.
The UN has had peacekeepers in the DRC since 1999, mainly in the northeast which is plagued by armed groups.
Locals frequently protest against them, claiming they are ineffective.
