Paul Mackenzie Nthenge, the Kenyan preacher accused of urging his followers to starve themselves to death, is due in court.

The charges relate to the deaths of six people.

As of April 30, the death toll was 109 — most of them children — and police were still hunting more bodies on Nthenge’s ranch near Kenya’s coast.

The Kenyan Red Cross says more than 300 people have been reported missing.
