Asylum seekers will be deported to Rwanda after a second legal challenge at the High Court was rejected.
The first group is expected to arrive in Rwanda on Tuesday.
Human rights groups described the decision as inhumane and will put migrants at risk.
some who came to Rwanda under earlier arrangements told the Associated Press the new arrivals can expect a difficult time ahead.
The move comes as part of a 120-million-pound deal with Rwanda.
According to Reuters ” The UNHCR has said Rwanda, whose own human rights record is under scrutiny, does not have the capacity to process the claims, and there is a risk some migrants could be returned to countries from which they had fled.”
The Times newspaper reported on Monday that fewer than ten migrants are due to be deported on Tuesday’s inaugural flight.
