An upsurge in international fuel and food prices as a result of the war in Ukraine is deteriorating Lebanon’s unprecedented economic failure.

Previously the UN reported that  200,000 children under the age of five are suffering from some form of malnutrition, possibly leading to lifelong harmful consequences.

The UNICEF had been collecting data from children.

Results showed that children under the age of 5 suffer some sort of malnutrition anemia, stunting, and wasting.
