The U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will deliver remarks on the release of the 2022 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices from the U.S. Department of State.
The 2022 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices required by U.S. law to be submitted to Congress documents the status of respect for human rights and worker rights in 198 countries and territories.
Acting Assistant Secretary Erin Barclay of the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor will take questions in the Briefing Room immediately following Secretary Blinken’s remarks.
