The International Court of Justice (ICJ) holds public hearings in the case of The Gambia v. Myanmar concerning Myanmar’s alleged violations of the Genocide Convention against the ethnic Rohingya population in Myanmar’s northern Rakhine State.

The hearings will take place in a hybrid format, including both in-person and virtual participants.

There will be a delegation from Myanmar and one from The Gambia.

They will present their arguments orally (some in person, some remote).
