Ugochi Daniels, Deputy Director General for Operations of IOM, the UN Migration Agency, is attending the Sarajevo Migration Dialogue 3 in Jahorina, Bosnia and Herzegovina on Thursday 8 June.
The event will see the agreement on the text of the Action Plan for Sustainable Migration Governance in the Western Balkans, with short- and
medium-term activities to operationalize the commitments of the Skopje Declaration, commitments to address the smuggling of migrants and trafficking in human beings, increase access to alternative pathways for migrants in protracted transit situations and work towards a holistic return management approach.
