An international legal team representing a broad coalition of Palestinian civil society groups will file two legal memorandums against Israel and seek new arrest warrants for Israeli officials.

The first memorandum documents serious violations of the fundamental rights of Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons.

The second accuses Israeli authorities of committing systematic starvation against civilians in Gaza by blocking humanitarian aid and denying access to food, water, and medicine—actions that constitute breaches of international humanitarian law.
