British-Iranian aid worker Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe has been summoned to court in Tehran last Sunday for a second case following her release last week from house arrest at the end of her five-year prison sentence.
In the second case which was first brought to Nazenin on September 2020, the Court of Revolution (or Revolutionary Tribunal) has accused her of acts of “propaganda against the Islamic establishment”.
It is not clear if Zaghari-Ratcliffe will be in court for this case`s 2nd session. The hearing may also be postponed until after the Nowruz holidays.
