The International Court of Justice in the Hague holds public hearings on the preliminary objections raised by Armenia regarding a case brought by Azerbaijan which accuses its neighbour of violating a UN anti-discrimination treaty.

Azerbaijan submitted the case after Armenia instituted proceedings with similar accusations.
