The Palestinian Ministry of Education reports that over 650,000 Palestinian students will miss out on education for the second consecutive year.

For 19-year-old Ahmed, a dream of studying mechanical engineering in Algeria has been shattered by the conflict in Gaza.

Now, he spends his days in a tent, searching for food and collecting water instead.
