At least 31 Palestinians were killed in Israeli strikes across Gaza on Saturday after the army said militants breached a ceasefire on Friday near eastern Rafah. Israel reported targeting Hamas and Islamic Jihad operatives, weapons stores, a manufacturing site and launch pads. Medical NGOs protested. Médecins Sans Frontières refused to hand over staff lists to Israeli authorities, citing protection of personnel in the occupied territories.
