Flotilla For Gaza
18 September, 2025
The Sumud Flotilla, aiming to break the siege on the Gaza Strip, left Tunisian ports over the weekend and has reached international waters.
The number of ships has now exceeded 40 and is currently sailing along Italian international waters between the islands of Sicily and Pantelleria.
It is expected that more ships will be joining the Flotilla coming from Italian ports and move simultaneously toward the Gaza Strip in a journey that should last approximately 10 days to reach Palestinian territorial waters.
More than 400 activists from approximately 50 countries are involved.
