A Palestinian man was shot dead by Israeli forces on Sunday in the Al-Tuffah neighbourhood, east of Gaza City.

A second man died on Sunday after succumbing to injuries sustained on Saturday in attacks on the al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.

Israeli artillery shelling on Sunday targeted the east of Al-Zaytoun neighbourhood, southeast of Gaza City, and a series of Israeli airstrikes targeted Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

At least 442 Palestinians have been killed and 1,236 others injured since the ceasefire came into effect in October last year.

Mahmoud al-Aqra, a seven-day-old baby, died on Saturday due to the extreme cold in the Gaza Strip.

At least 18 children in Gaza have died due to the bitter cold.
